Founded by Maitreya Hiware (Co-Founder & CEO, physiotherapist turned engineer, builder of the Axon clinical knowledge graph) and Dr. Prem Shah (Co-Founder, MPT Musculoskeletal & Sports, licensed PT in New York and Dubai, founder of the 75,000+ clinician Physiotrendz community).

Full text: Privacy Policy (effective 11 September 2026). In short: we collect what you give us (name, email, exam track, PDFs / photos / voice you choose to share, support messages) plus learning activity (quizzes, mocks, flashcards, Synergist / LogicX logs, progress, entitlements) and standard device / diagnostics (via Supabase, Amplitude, Sentry, RevenueCat, Intercom).

• Educational use only, non-PHI only — never enter real patient names, addresses, phones or other PHI. Clinical inputs are treated as educational content and anonymised before third-party AI processing.
• Your rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and consent withdrawal (GDPR / UK GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP Act 2023). Write to support@physioai.in.
• Retention — account data for account life + 30 days; usage / exam data 24 months; reasoning logs 12 months; support threads 12 months; legal / tax records as required by law.

Full text: Terms of Service (effective 11 September 2026). Key points:

• Educational tool, not medical advice — Synergist AI, LogicX, Red Flag Spotter and Axon outputs are study aids for reasoning practice. Always use qualified clinical judgement for real patients.
• Licence — limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal / internal study use. No copying, reverse-engineering, model extraction (Axon / Synergist / LogicX), scraping, credential sharing or unlawful use.
• Accounts — 16+ (or guardian-accepted where permitted); keep credentials safe; delete anytime via Settings → Account → Delete Account or support@physioai.in (30-day deletion).
• IP — all code, Axon graph, engines, MCQ Bank, OSCE simulators, branding and content belong to Auraflex. No trademark use without permission.
• Law — governed by laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Full text: Refund Policy (effective 4 October 2026). Same promise as pricing: if PhysioAI doesn't work for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — case by case.

• Email support@physioai.in with subject “Refund Request — [Order ID]”, registered email / phone, product, amount, date, payment / order ID or store receipt, and what went wrong.
• Website: approved refunds return to source in 5–7 business days. Apple / Google: request via reportaproblem.apple.com / Play order history — we help with receipts and evidence.
• Cancellation stops future billing; a refund returns past payment — request separately. Deleting the app does not cancel store auto-renewals.

See Delete Account and Privacy §11–12. In-app (where enabled): Settings → Account → Delete Account — or email support@physioai.in with subject “Data Deletion Request” and your registered email. We verify identity and complete deletion within 30 days; backups clear on rolling propagation. Some records persist where law requires (tax / purchase) or in anonymised form.
